the motors can be produced in any quantity, whether standard models
or customized to your specifications. Transicoil motors are used in
many major programs, including JDAM, Bradley, C130, F18, MK-45, A-380, and B-777.
ADS/Transicoil's ensures product quality through very step

and manufacturing process. A flexible problem-solving capability, this includes a
sophisticated CAD/CAM systems, in-house centrifugal casting of rotors, extremely
close-tolerance machining, and testing of every unit as an individual component.
Materials are carefully sourced for their performance characteristics
and durability. Lamination material is typically nickel alloy, selected for its stable permeability and corrosion resistance. Shafts, housings, retainers, and bearings are stainless steel. And stators are wound with ML insulated magnet wire to provide long life and thermal stability.
